Our Beef

Holley Family Farms beef is entirely local, completely grass-fed and finished. We don't use hormones or antibiotics! Our beef is pasture-raised, and available at the Great Basin Community Food Co-op, and at the Carson City Farmers Market. During the off-season, meat is available direct from the farm (by appointment).

Our Produce

Vegetables grown at Holley Family Farms are entirely USDA certified organic. We produce a wide variety of garden vegetables, and are especially known for our heirloom tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, artisan beans, and a variety of leafy greens. Our vegetables are available in Reno, NV at Great Basin Community Food Co-op, and at the Carson City Farmers Market, during the off-season from the farm (by appointment).

Pork

We Raise Happy Hogs

Our Pork

Holley Family Farms pork is soy and GMO-free and produced without antibiotics or hormones. We raise our pigs from farrow (birth) to finish. Our pork is processed at Wolf Pack Meats, in Reno Nevada. The Beer Brats, Basque Chorizo and Hot Italian Sausage are made at Ponderosa Meats, in Reno, NV. Pork cuts and sausages are available in Reno, at the Great Basin Community Food Co-op, and at the Carson City Farmers Market, and during the off-season from the farm (by appointment).

Lamb

Our Lamb

Holley Family Farms sheep perform vital functions of weed control, soil regeneration, nutrient cycling and pasture improvement. In addition to pasture grazing and weed control, they are fed select grass and alfalfa hay and periodic brewers grains from local craft breweries. Our lamb is hormone and antibiotic free, processed locally, and is available seasonally direct from the farm.
